I take this every morning and it keeps me awake throughout the day. I can tell the difference when I don't use it because I go into a deep sleep into the next day, even if it's the early afternoon. It tastes like juice and not at all hard to consume. Speaking of juice, I take it with orange juice now and it gives me an extra boost, though there is no problem with absorption. The quality is good because it does exactly what it should for the price. The bottle is perfect for storing in the fridge and the measuring cap is very practical. My hair and skin has changed for the better. It's a slight difference, but enough to where I can notice. I buy multiple bottles at a time because this has improved the quality of my life/health and I hate going a day without it. I had so many side effects from the pill so buy this (and consult with a doctor) if you can't stand the iron pill.

This iron actually tastes good. I’ve been looking at this iron for a while and I needed something that actually works. This is a little on the pricy side but let’s see if this works good. Keep it in the fridge guys. Let’s see how it goes when the bottle is done. Didn’t upset my stomach. Smooth going down. It seems good quality. Didn’t notice energy levels yet, I’ll see tomorrow morning.

This product saved my life after my plastic surgery. I was taking it before my procedure and had great hemoglobin levels but since the procedure was so intense my hemoglobin dropped significantly. I started taking it again (along with other supplements prescribed by my surgeon) and the combo with the Floradix made the biggest difference. Tastes like pennies, but Id rather taste pennies for a few seconds than feel like poo like when my hemoglobin dropped. My advice is to wash it down with some water or juice. People drink shots of liquor without complaining, but are quick to turn away something like this that would actually benefit their health/recovery.... suck it up buttercup!

Taste good to be an iron supplement, smooth texture. I add it to my orange juice and it digest with no problem. I noticed it immediately I wouldn’t say it gave me more energy but I do feel better now. Great quality with no side effects.

I'm here to reorder, and decided to leave a review. This iron doesn't irritate my stomach at all -- other liquid supplements aggravate my GERD/reflux. And it works! I notice a difference in energy and in my health tracker readings. I gave it 4 stars because, no matter how hard I try, I can't not spill it while pouring -- it dribbles down the bottle and I have to wipe it every morning before putting it back in the fridge. Maybe it's just me or I got a deformed bottle. Either way, I'm reordering because the quality is worth it.

My experience is based on many years of taking iron pills (in many different forms), which caused significant discomfort - but I kept taking them. Over roughly 12 years of very low ferritin, substantial hair loss (I am surprised I still have hair left on my head), cold hands and feet, and other symptoms, I eventually decided to try liquid iron, even though I had very little hope it would help. The next step for me would have been iron infusions. Throughout all those years on pills, stomach discomfort was the biggest issue: they consistently caused constipation and my levels never improved. After going through two bottles of this liquid iron, which I started in November 2025, the difference is remarkable. I’ve had no stomach issues and no side effects at all. I love the taste, and I take it first thing in the morning - sometimes only every other day. My hair loss has slowed significantly. I can’t really comment on changes in energy, because over the years my body seemed to compensate and I generally felt energetic. Here are my blood work results to show my journey. For reference, the ferritin range from Quest lab work is 16–232 ng/mL. • 2019-03-30 – ferritin: 24 (on pills) • 2022-03-10 – ferritin: 20 (on pills) • 2023-11-23 – ferritin: 18 (on pills) • 2024-11-12 – ferritin: 17 (on pills) • 2025-07-06 – ferritin: 17 (still on pills) • 2025-10-02 – ferritin: 20 (yes, still on pills) • 2026-01-31 – ferritin: 55 (using this product. I even repeated the bloodwork because I didn’t believe it at first; it was confirmed.) So if you’re struggling with low iron/ferritin, you need to try this product. It truly works, as my bloodwork clearly shows. 10 stars!

This is very very good iron and B12 support. My body does better on this liquid iron than any other I have tried. I notice a difference in my energy level when I use this product. This is my 4th bottle.

I've had iron deficiency anemia for as long as I can remember. It's not bad to the point of needing a transfusion, but since I've never been very consistent about taking iron supplements, it persisted. Mostly because of pill burden (I take other supplements as well) and just being tired of taking them. I was looking for a liquid iron to make it easier and Floradix had positive reviews, so I decided to try it. I don't know that I will ever use another iron product unless somehow I'm forced to. The change in one month has been incredible. I have so much more energy than I did previously. My eyebrows were sparse and my hair around the temples and front edges were thinning. If I'm being honest, my hair overall looked lifeless and dry. A month later, there's been a marked improvement. The dark circles around my eyes have dramatically diminished and my skin looks more clear and smooth. My nails grow incredibly quickly, even though I typically cut them down to wear them short. The taste of Floradix is a bit metallic and earthy but I got used to it pretty quickly and it's not a problem. I haven't had any stomach upset or other issues. A quick shot in the morning and evening and I'm done. I genuinely love this stuff and I'm really looking forward to seeing how the results keep up over the next few months. I even bought the tablet version as well so I can take those when I travel. Because of the quick and very noticeable results, I don't want to be without this. Would highly recommend.
