The part # you are giving is the main board. The sprocket does have a separate part#. You're better off getting the kit in case other parts are broken that you didn't know about. Anyway, the kit doesn't cost much more than just the sprocket. This is used in multiple door openers, very common.

No it won't Liftmaster/Chamberlain are different manufacturer than the LDO50 which is made by Linear

I have this craftsman motor, and my gear assy is the same, but..mine is belt, not chain. can i just swap the sprocket out ?

I dont think you can the gear and sprocket is one assembly your top is for chain drive not belt it won't come apart from what I saw with my repair.
