Patons Cobbles Yarn, Chargrey

This throw is my first attempt at hand knitting. I don't have a lot of time so I was only able to do a few rows every couple of days but the yarn is wonderful. I love that it's wool but it's also really soft so it will probably be good for a scarf or hat as well. This throw is 3'x5' and I used 6 skeins.

I used the yarn to make hats and scarves. It's soft and warm.

It's soft. I made a hat, a very small ball, and an infinite scarf with 3 of these.

Kind of fuzzy but I think after a first wash it may go away - worth buying!

I don't know how it is for knitting because I don't knit but I don't think it wouldn't be any more difficult to use than regular yarn. I bought it to make curtain tiebacks and it worked perfectly for that. I just braided 3 strands of it together and I got nice looking curtain tiebacks. The color Blue shadow is very pretty and not overly bright.

Very soft and easy to work with. Made a yarn knit throw blanket with 6 skeins and used evrybsingle scrap!

Absolutely beautiful yarn! And so perfect for what I am making. It is thick and so soft and the color is true to item pictured.
