We live on a dirt road that isn't not county maintained. We started hearing the squeaking noise when we were driving on the dirt roads in our neighborhood. It got annoying pretty quickly. Did some hands on research by sitting in the back of the 2020 GX460 and heard the noise. Ordered this part on September 2, 2025. Very simple install. This part eliminated the noise immediately. Would definitely highly recommend this if you have an annoying squeaky noise coming from the rear door.

Easy install with the included tool.I thought I had a heat shield rattling, maybe the license plate,Anyway this fixed the vibrating rattle noise that happened at certain speeds.Simple But effective!p.s. the item I received was all black no lettering like the picture in the listing (imo, actually better that way).

I had low expectations for this part mostly because I thought I had a rattle and squeak coming from the tire carrier on my Fj. But boy was I wrong. After the install I drove around a bit but the rattle was still there, so I stopped and readjusted it and everything is silent!!!!No more rattle no more squeak!!!I ended up buying 2 of these. One for my Fj and one for the wife's Fj. Couldn't be happier!Great product!The only negative (I really don't care because it works great) was there is writing on it and for our fj's it upside down. Not a big deal though. Still five stars

Update; definitely a lot less noise back there! Worth the buy!Not sure if I actually needed this/it was the cause of the noises in back but I got it bc it seemed like an upgrade. Part looks slick. Fit perfectly (part and screws) on my 2011 rav4 2.5l. The tool could be a little longer on the long end but it worked just fine to loosen ones on car and put new ones on. I’d highly suggest this as must have and preventive after market part. Even if you don’t have rattles in the back yet it’s worth putting it on for the tighter fit. Lettering on my was correct and not upside down as others have mentioned

2008 FJ Cruiser, fits perfectly but the logo is upside down. I don't care, I bought it to eliminate the !*$! rear door rattle and it did exactly that.I see several reviews here where FJ owners say it didn't fit and that puzzles me. Both the latch and supplied screws fit exactly as expected and folks, the part number of the OEM piece (69061) is the same for every model year, the only difference being an "A" appended for the LH drive version. It's basically impossible that this part "didn't fit" an FJ Cruiser If it fits one year it fits all years.Recommended...

The latch bumper made a big difference with the noise rattle coming from the door. Yes I would recommend this product.

When installed, the words are upside down on the FJ. Works great but looks dumb upside down.

Wish i knew about this before checking all the rear suspension for the annoying sound, that was actually coming from the door.Easy to install, solves the issue.
