Perfect if your earlobes are a bit loose and those posts seem to let the earring hang at weird angles. The flat part is the top, and makes them fit perfectly! Such a clever product.

Terrible product. The hole for the earring post was too small. Forced the earring into the hole, but when I tried to remove the back, it pulled the post off of the pearl breaking the earring. The back was also too large and was visible beneath the earlobe.

Good to use for large earring holes that makes earrings fall or not stick to the ear loves

Product is ok but the container isn’t adequate for contents. Spilled everywhere upon opening and had to replace container that would prevent content from spilling upon opening.
