Put a pea-sized amount on my painful shoulder. Ten minutes later the burning sensation started. At the same time, the pain and stiffness started to go. Really good pain reliever but only use a tiny amount, otherwise the heat could create a different pain! However, that does mean that this is very good value, as the tube will last for ages. Also, love the smell, I picked up the nutmeg as soon as I'd applied it <3

This stuff is very good. It creates an effect similar to deep heat. Very pleased.

Great product, great value for money, instant pain relief and It really heats that muscle but only use a drop or it will be burn

Quite disappointed with this It does heat upon application but don’t think it actually does anything for pain relief. Used a small amount and broke me out in a rash and was very itchy and annoying.

Works really good and lasts

The cream has a fragrance that reminds me of a cross between aniseed crossed with rootbeer. The smell is bearable. The first time i used this on my ankle, i forgot i had applied it and soon after i felt a strong burning sensation in the area, it was rather uncomfortable and was a little painful. I don't feel it helped with the ankle ache but the new pain attained was an unpleasant distraction. The cream absorbs quickly and is not greasey; the feeling it leaves behind is akin to the burning feeling of touching very hot chilli peppers. If the area comes into contact with warm/hot water after it becomes increasingly uncomfortable and burning intensifies. I also tried this cream for muscle soreness, i think it helped a little bit but ifound better results from other creams. For me the results were hard to quantify.

Got this as I’ve been struggling with calf pain. The gel starts to gentle warm almost instantly and it soothes tired and sore muscles. Smell isn’t overly strong.
