Alex and Ani Initial Expandable Wire Bangle Bracelet, 2.5"

I decided to buy this bracelet when I found a coworker wearing one. I liked that it had a simple monogram and classic looks. I chose the Gold Finish which really is more like an antiqued brass, although not as yellow. I adore it. I've been wearing it for a few days now and I love how it goes with whatever I'm wearing, be it business casual for work or in shorts for when I'm out with my family. I love it so much that I will probably buy a few more of them with the initials of my husband and baby. These would make great gifts! Pros: - Price is very good, especially if you were buying these as gifts. I plan on buying two more soon for myself, an initial for each member of my family. - Subtle gold color which isn't too shiny or flashy. The finish is holding up even while banging against my desk all day. - Classic monogram font. It complements both business casual and casual types of dress. - Adjustable ring makes it easy to put on. The wire seems very sturdy and not easily broken even if I adjusted it several times. - Tiny charms make a light tinkling sound when they hit the larger monogram. It can probably be annoying for some, but I found it to be much like a windchime. Not too loud when you're in a quiet office typing away on the keyboard. Cons: - Only comes with a small velvet bag. If I were to give these as gifts, I would still need to purchase separate boxes. The velvet bag is good for protecting it, but not for gifting. - Bracelet was delivered in a bubble mailer. Luckily, no harm came to it during shipment, but I can easily imagine a bracelet getting bent because of the little protection provided. It's a beautiful bracelet and I am now officially a fan of Alex and Ani.

Makes a great gift

The item did appear authentic to me. It was as described and did have the tag with it, however, it was in a sealed plastic bag, nothing else. The silver bangle was well made, and the initial charm was stamped clearly and centered. My 15 year old daughter liked it very much. The presentation was not really an issue for our particular case, but if you were looking to present it as a gift sight unseen, it's not in a gift box or the like. Came in a timely fashion. I thought the value was good.

I finally found the perfect “ reasonably priced “ piece of jewelry from their gorgeous Initial Collection. This bracelet is made from pure recycled copper mixed with other metals which is cool. It’s light on the wrist, it’s not noisy when dangles off the wrist, & the shiny brass color makes the bracelet look antique yet pricey. Comes nicely packaged with a mini cloth to clean your jewelry. The card inside the box gives you a quick history of your bracelet’s purpose. Great gift to give or buy for own self!!!! I wear mines everyday!

I got the letter "E" for my friend as a Christmas gift. The bracelet comes exactly as it does in the photo and is good quality. Just for anyone's information, the bracelet does not come in the traditional Alex and Ani box, it comes in a little baggies that says Alex and Ani. This wasn't that big of a complication for me since I've purchased Alex and Ani bracelets with boxes before, I took one of my boxes and gave out the bracelet in it. Just know you might have to buy a box seperately. Other than that again, it's a great product and I would definetly repurchase it again.

I bought this bracelet for my friend's birthday because it includes the initial of her first name. Upon searching on Amazon, I was able to purchase the exact one that I wanted for her. My shipment came in quickly and the bracelet was packaged with the description card and a beautiful box. I could not be happier with my purchase, she loved her gift! I would suggest to anyone who cannot find a specific bracelet design that they want from this brand, to check out Amazon first because there is a huge selection to choose from. I will be repurchasing other charm bracelets from here in the future!
