Too small, does not produce enough popcorn for more than 1 person
It says up-to 12 cups, but it stops after 2 cups due to over heating. Even the manual says wait 15min between each cup. A normal person eats at least 2 cups and so making popcorn for 4 people takes at least one hour.

popcorn comes out soft and slightly stale instead of crispy, even with fresh kernels. DO not recommend
