This is great for travel. If you'd rather get your selenium more naturally, try just 2 brazil nuts per day if you find them tasty. The taste on these sublingual tablets is so-so. I use the supplement as a back-up for travel or when I don't have brazil nuts on hand.

Started taking these along with Folic, B Vitamins and Probiotics! So far, I feel great!

Been using this product several years & for the good price & comfort of sublinguals, at this time it meets my needs. Box was crushed a bit in shipping thru prime but, no harm to product which appears supportive of good immune function. Will continue to purchase @ Amazon.

The pill dissolves really quickly for me and does has a slight aftertaste of milk. The pill is very small and it feels like I'm going to drop it every time! I heard selenium is helpful against viruses so I'm taking one a day. Hope this helps! Thanks!

Have only tried one. They do NOT dissolve immediately. Took over 5 minutes which made it taste horrible. I like the idea of sublingual, as with NTG, but ntg is tiny ( these are NOT tiny) and does dissolve immediately. Not sure it is worth the hype.

We live in an area of the Country where the soils are deficient foe Selenium so our local produce is little to none. We take Selenium daily and it really helps our immune systems! The sublingual tables just melt in your mouth! Great stuff!
