How long does the uncooked pearls last?

To make it fresh, try to consume it quickly after opening. As long as the pearls dry, they should be fine.

How do you store cooked boba and how long does it keep?

Cooked Boba is sticky and if you want to store it frozen you will have to re cook it again. You can store it in the fridge in an airtight container to keep it moist for several days. But remember they will all get lump together and you will have to separate each Boba ball or re boil to separate them. If you refrigerate for an hr you can easily toss them into your hot beverage and the Boba balls will all be separated in your hot beverage. I have tried to keep each Boba separated on a non stick foil before I keep them in the fridge. Then I mixed them into my cold protein shake. If you chill them in the fridge for a long time they dry up and turn to hard Balls. Best way is to put freshly cooked Balls into your iced cold Shake, Slushy or Sundaes…that’s how the store makes them. Hope this helps.
