Are tgere pockets inside?

No inside pockets. The zip pocket in the front is actually bigger than it looks and has a nice soft lining. I usually put my phone in that pocket and it’s very secure. The 2 side “water bottle” pockets are also a lot bigger than they look. Great spot for my keys.

Is any part of the inside padded? Thinking of using it for a tennis racquet.
