Yes, it will fit. I have a 2004 2.4 and the fit was perfect. Now if you have a manual transmission you won’t need to worry about the automatic transmission fluid in/out cooler ports on the radiator. Nothing will leak out of those as it’s a closed off space for auto transmission fluid.
