So my brother gave me this bearded dragon "Ruby" and so I was deciding on what substrate to use. He used sand all in his tank, but I did not want to use that . I went ahead and tiled the bottom of my tank and turned this into a sandobx for my bearded dragon. My strategy was to train my dragon to go to the bathroom in the sandbox. I thought it would be used to this since it came from a more sand substrate environment to begin with. Well for the most part my dragon does her business in the sandbox which is way easier foe me to cleanup. So I would recommend this product for younger bearded dragons for either a water bath or potty training them in sand :) I am happy with my purchase. I am sure this is a great product for turtles , but it is also a great product for younger bearded dragons.

Very nice piece for your reptile. I don't have a turtle but going use this for my baby bearded dragon, for feeding and for relaxing and to get some extra moisture. Very good quality, doesn't feel like cheap flimsy plastic, nice and sturdy. I can say the same about the huge metal tweezers that came w the dish that ill use to feed. It is a lil too big to put in the enclosure but still a Perfect buy to me and jus what I was looking for! Came in a box that was in an Amazon envelope w out any damage, so Very nice all in all! *I put a regular size bic lighter in dish for comparison*see pics*

This is the perfect size for Daisy the box turtle! It’s easy to clean and the ramp makes it easy for her to get in and out. Unfortunately the hard water where I live eats away at the shine, which eventually makes it harder to clean.

We used to have a tree in our front yard that seemed to attract the chameleons in the neighborhood. I’d see these critters scampering up and down the bark, and they seemed as curious about me as I was them. Unfortunately, the tree lost limb, after limb, and we had to have it cut down so it didn’t end up crashing through the living room window. Shortly thereafter I would still see the lizards (I call the “Louie’s after the Budweiser crew) on our stubby little front porch, so I added a watering hole for them. The birds seem to like it too, but now I worry the birds are going to eat my lizard buddies. Sigh … it’s turning into Wild Kingdom around here.

I bought this for my son's lizard. I liked that it has a ramp that let you go in and out of the water. It's very sturdy and easy to clean. Great price as well.

Good starter for a quarter size turtle or a land turtle

Wanted to make a little water fountain area for my future redfoot tortoise. I think it works great and I really like that it has a ramp.
