My controller is probably lost in transit (non delivery) can I get a replacement on order? I have already paid for the lost item

Best to.go through Amazon Customer support. They'll see its lost in transit and not delivered

Can you post a photo of the words on back of the controller to understand if it is this a “bdm-010” or “ bdm-020” model?

It can be ship with either model but you can call the seller about the information before buying so they can check it. Shasonic Galleria Ltd

Do you get charged for this as soon as pre ordered or when dispatched?

You get charged the day before it gets delivered

No. A Ps5 controller does not work on PS4 i am afraid.
