I used these for about a month. They tasted good and didn’t cause any stomach issues, but I didn’t notice any real changes in my health. They’re on the expensive side, and since I didn’t experience a noticeable boost in energy, better sleep, or improvements in my skin or hair, I decided not to reorder them.

Vitamin D3 is so important to the body and to your health. I do not know why doctors do not check levels more. I take 5000 IU and my husband takes 10,000. I am not good in taking pills and vitamins, but these are so tasty, it makes if very easy. Vitamin K2 is always important to accompany D3 for absorption. Get healthy, check you vitamin D levels.

These taste and smell great, are high quality, and have absolutely no aftertaste of artificial sweeteners or supplements. I look forward to taking them daily. They are slightly sticky. I can’t tell if they function identically to the capsule counterpart. I was previously taking the capsules but will definitely be choosing these from now on because of the ease and for my sweet tooth. I was recommended to take 2000IU of Vitamin D by my endocrinologist for my low mood. Since absorption is typically lower in all gummy forms, I only need to take one of these a day for a 2500IU dosage —making the bottle last twice as long which is twice as cost effective and similarly priced to the capsules. Highly recommend!
