These gummies taste great and don’t have that weird artificial aftertaste a lot of vitamins have. They’re soft, easy to chew, and not coated in sugar. I like the D3 + K2 combo because it helps with absorption. So far no stomach upset and they’re easy to remember to take. Good daily supplement.

I researched a lot of brands of vitamins before settling on Sports Research. I really like that these are plant based D3, which is harder to come by, but also taste really good (like a fruit snack). My husband's Vitamin D3 was at an 18 when he started taking these and a couple of months later it is now in optimal range (50s) and it has made a huge difference in how he feels. The K2 is a nice addition to the D3 as well. With being such a megadose of D3, I have found it a good value. Now that he is back in an optimal level, one gummy a week suffices.

I used these for about a month. They tasted good and didn’t cause any stomach issues, but I didn’t notice any real changes in my health. They’re on the expensive side, and since I didn’t experience a noticeable boost in energy, better sleep, or improvements in my skin or hair, I decided not to reorder them.

These taste and smell great, are high quality, and have absolutely no aftertaste of artificial sweeteners or supplements. I look forward to taking them daily. They are slightly sticky. I can’t tell if they function identically to the capsule counterpart. I was previously taking the capsules but will definitely be choosing these from now on because of the ease and for my sweet tooth. I was recommended to take 2000IU of Vitamin D by my endocrinologist for my low mood. Since absorption is typically lower in all gummy forms, I only need to take one of these a day for a 2500IU dosage —making the bottle last twice as long which is twice as cost effective and similarly priced to the capsules. Highly recommend!

Taste good, easy to take. I haven’t noticed any side effects. I just started them and I already feel like I have more energy and feel better overall. No bad after taste.

Vitamin D3 is so important to the body and to your health. I do not know why doctors do not check levels more. I take 5000 IU and my husband takes 10,000. I am not good in taking pills and vitamins, but these are so tasty, it makes if very easy. Vitamin K2 is always important to accompany D3 for absorption. Get healthy, check you vitamin D levels.
