I like everything about this griddle except that I can’t use it. Why would Amazon SA sell a product that can’t be plugged in without exploding?

After having my last griddle for 35 years, I was worried this wouldn't be up to par. But I LOVE it! It cooks really evenly and well. And really is non-stick. So glad I found it.

Hay que ir aprendiendo a usarla, me costó barias veces aprender a usarla sin aceite, entendí que el calor es gradual y después de un rato a fuego bajo, se despegan perfecto el chicharrón de queso, el huevo frito, las tortilla, etc. Muy recomendable
