climbing hooks with magical harness? Not worth the time.
UPDATED AT BOTTOM: Held together by zip ties and crap! According to the description on the top of the page it says and I quote "Oui, Tree Climbing Spikes Set 2 Gears with Adjustable Safety Harness Belt Straps, 304 Stainless Steel Tree Pole Climbing Shoes Tool for Picking Fruit,Hunting Observation,Indoor Climbing and Sports. Set of two gears ”with" adjustable safety harness. I received mine in the mail today and guess what there was no harness. Now I'm going to climb a tree cuz apparently everything that is needed to climb a tree is in that little box. Apparently this is a magic tree climbers kit that does not require a harness to go around your body because the harness is part of something I guess that is already there and built in to the climbers hooks. I guess I will see how it works out and I will update my review and let people know how the magical hooks work with the invisible harness that will allow you to safely climb a tree. I have actually used these tree spikes and literally fell out of the tree. The spikes may be sharp pointed however they are too fat and rip out of the tree as soon as you put any kind of weight on them. There is no angle to the spikes for sufficient grip. I ripped my hands open by the bark of the tree trying to hold on. I urge caution purchasing these items.

Everything about them is horrible. Cheaply made with soccer shin guards with holes in them and zip ties.

They do not grab the tree well.
The tongs on these are not very long so it only digs in a little bit. As others have send the straps are only held on by zip ties. I couldn't get up the tree with the these.
