Apple iPhone 11, 128GB, White (Renewed)

This is my second renewed tech piece I’m buying and I will split up my review to address the two main worries I had The Renewed Experience: This thing just came about an hour ago, 2 days early might I add (not really part of the renewed experience just good job Grade Mobile ig), the outside box is not banged up per say but has some dents along the corner edges but the inside is packaged well enough and tight enough nothing was damaged. The phone itself has no visible scratches on the screen, I didn’t look immensely hard but no one else would either. Incredibly, the battery life of my phone that came was at 100%, I think generally 80-90+ is standard for “Excellent quality” phones. It came with a cable and charger as advertised which was nice to include but just be aware it’s (obviously) not an Apple brand charging brick as is one of the 5V 1A chargers you’d see with the iPhone 7 or so, so the fast charging capabilities of the phone probably not being used fully with that. Still a good deal and nothing else needed to start up other than what’s in the box. Software was great previous user was wiped clean and set up took 10 minutes or so. The Apple experience: I am writing this from an iPhone 8, my mum (who this is for) has an iPhone 6. The leap in quality is pretty astonishing. The glossy finish on the back is really great to look at, the bezels are thin, the screen is bright and the colours are sharp and it’s all made better by the size of the screen. Cant say anything for speed but a 3 or even 5 year jump in processors with 100% battery life? Will be streets ahead Definitely get this if you are looking for an upgrade from an 8 or lower I say. The options in 2024 are either an SE, an 11, or the 13s. All other options are not at all worth it.

Phone was delivered within 48hours of purchase, packaged really well. My daughter and myself were both super delighted with the refurbished iPhone 11 there is literally not a mark on it, it’s immaculate And works really well. You would think it was brand new. Will definitely be ordering from this company in the future.

I am furious! I have only had this phone 6 months and it has stopped working, no visible damage but the Face ID stopped working and then screen starting degrading and now freezing so it doesn’t work at all. I took it to the Apple Store yesterday and they told it was not worth repairing unless I paid £600. They said that there was something off with the screen that had been put on in the reconditioning process. Apple said they expected higher quality from an Amazon seller. I would like a refund.

iPhone 11 was in excellent condition. Arrived promptly with free case and screen saver. Good value for money. Have recommended to my friends.

Only had this phone less than 9mts and the battery has died. When I took to Apple Store they said the battery was not an original iPhone product so cost me nearly £90 to have a genuine battery installed. Not happy🙁

Came in perfect condition with excellent battery life, quality and came with a screen protector and case for free. Excellent purchase with no scratches

C'était un cadeau. Au bout de 4 mois, L'écran n'est plus tactile, du coup le clavier aussi. Il y a 2 grandes barres noires c'est ce qui fait que le clavier ne détecte plus. Nous retournons l'appareil pour réparation (délai 1 mois à attendre et encore il a fallu relancé). REBELOTE, retombe en panne, le téléphone ne fonctionne encore pas. Il ne recharge plus et ne s'allume plus. C'était en juin dernier et depuis le vendeur R-PROJECT refuse le retour de l'appareil et ne réponds plus du tout aux messages. A signaler tout de même que celui-ci est toujours sous garantie et qu'il m'a couté 359.93 €. Moi je demande simplement un retour et un remboursement, c'est du vol manifeste.
