They work very well, my grandmother is happy with them and for her it is very comfortable

So upset with Beuer. I purchased four sets as I liked the way the sound came through but the first one did not work so I returned it for a replacement, which too a long time. I sent back two more sets in September that I purchased in March and July. They tested them but told me they were discontinued, defective and they would be sending replacements but to date I have not heard or received anything back from them. Very disappointed and not sure how to go about getting a refund, replacement or something after spending money just to be able to hear!!!! UPDATE... Received replacements finally, but they are not even the brand of Beuer, they are Walmart brand made in China and retail for $52.00. Ironically, I already have a set of these and they are to big to fit in my ears and they are difficult to lock in and charge. VERY DISSAPPOINTED that they have tried to scam me with ear amplifiers that are not equal to what I returned for warranty replacement. USE CAUTION WHEN PURCHASING FROM THEM!!!

Will not charge

The hearing aids work, but only 2 of the batteries can be charged, the other two are defective. For the price, I would have expected better tested quality. Unfortunately, I can't return them because I live abroad.

I bought them over in Germany and I don't speak German I never could get them to help me but they just don't work you can't hear nothing out of them they just quit working I would not buy these I would leave these alone.
