They felt very plastic ee when I 1st put them on. They needed to be stretched out for my feet. There I a 2" round(approx)foam insert where the heel goes that helps cushion the heel. There is no cushion on the front of the foot. That kinda sucks. Overall they serve the purpose I bought them for.
