Will this work on Samsung phone S22?

Yes. I ordered the wall charger for my wife's Galaxy S22 ultra. Because TMobile wanted $35.00 for the charger. They said Samsung doesn't supply wall chargers with any of their phones.

Could it be used with a yr 2020 Samsung A-51?

The Samsung Galaxy 2019 A51, and the 2020 A51 5G require a minimum of a 15W fast charger and the A71 requires a 25W minimum, so yes... it will work just fine and run cooler than the one that came with the A51 since it has more capacity.. I have had both of the 5G phones..
