Weaning Sense: A baby-led feeding guide from 4 months onwards

I just love this book. It’s been recommended by many friends and it makes introducing solids so much less stressful. It answers all questions you might have, includes wonderful recipes, and a layout of what to feed each week.

This was the only book I could find that gives advice if weaning before 6 months. Everything seemed balanced and science led with pros and cons of each method discussed

I was feeling really lost around what to feed my baby but this book has been a great starting point with some good info and great recipe ideas. I will definitely buy again to gift as a baby shower present

As a new mother I needed a guide to starting my baby on solids and this book is about introducing food when the baby is ready. Slowly and steady

Amazing book with amazing tips!!

This was not what I expected. I thought it would be more of a practical cookbook focused on weaning, but it’s more of a chef-style approach with a lot of science and detailed information included. Many of the ingredients are not things I would normally have in my kitchen, which made it feel less realistic for everyday use. I was still feeling overwhelmed with transitioning my baby from bottles to food, and this book didn’t provide the simple guidance I was hoping for.
