Unbelievably good....

This worked exactly as I had hoped it would. It handled a fairly floppy home made pizza well -- coming off of the floured granite counter, then going onto and coming off of a really hot pizza stone in a really hot oven. I liked that I could stand well away from the heat and not get burned. Just have to figure out where to store it.

Great quality product, feels really sturdy and has absolutely no problem transferring a raw pizza dough to the oven - no sticking, no tearing, just as you'd expect (after a light flour). Feels good in the hand and is just long enough to be useful without being unwieldy. My only problem would be the protective plastic on the top of the peel when delivered was riveted to the top which meant no matter how much you try and get it out there will be some plastic below the handle. Overall very happy.
