It’s a beautiful set but has come with broken plate and chipped cup and I can’t get a refund only replacement which doesn’t help

The item is very beautiful and elegant, also lightweight, finishing good ,value for money if receive the total set undamaged. but the PACKAGING is Very Very BAD.Sure to get a few pieces broken due to horrible packaging. So go for it if you don't mind a few broken peices.
