Why can't this be used outside? Why is it indoor only?

Soooo I read the instructions but I still took it outside an yeah it did what all these other reviews are saying and yeah I am impressed of how sky high it went. I had lost it in the clouds then I seen it fall an yeah it flew away very far an landed in an alley LMFAO my little 5yr old was sad but I found it. Soooo I'm not taking it outside anymore

What type of usb plug does this use? my daughter's plug broke the first time plugging it in.

It keeps running away from my daughter into the walls, TV etc in seconds. Is there a trick to how to play with it?

Hi there, please try these tips on playing with your Crystal Flyer: - Try resetting the Pixie by turning her ON and OFF again - Ensure you are keeping adequate distance between your hand and the Pixie. If you get too close, she’ll fly farther away. This could be causing her to fly very high unintentionally. - If that doesn't work, reset and launch Pixie from her base. We hope that helps!
