Did anyone get any results? If yes how long it takes to see the results?

You should see a small result within two weeks if you do not increase your caloric intake. Significant results are in the same time frame as a sit up program ---- month + If you expect to look like the picture expect it to take a lifetime.

Can you use it while doing physical labor?

I’ve used it while doing a brisk walk and washing dishes and it works out just fine.

Everytime I boost up intensity it goes back down to zero and I’m not feeling anything when it gets boosted for that little time! It is fully charged

Make sure it's mounted on your abdomen with a good wet contact between the gel and your skin. If the device is not on you, it will automatically go back to zero.

I'm a 3X guy will this fit my size and is the battery rechargeable?

I don't know what 3x means. If you are describing the shirt size you wear then not by default. But it's just velcro. Go to home depot and buy a long roll of velcro and bridge the gap if there is any at the back.
