High quality product, low quality service
Product arrived two days after estimated date due to "customs problems), I attempted return but was told shipping would be back to China and prohibitively expensive (making it essentially un-returnable). Eventually settled with seller for $10 off and I have a vent that I cannot use. Good comms from seller, and the product was good quality, but what is effectively a no-return policy should be stated.
