what's the difference between Crown and Volcano?

The only difference is aesthetics, the shape of the metal at the top where the hose is. One is shaped a bit like a crown, the other is shaped a bit more like a volcano

Do you have to keep the entire hose on the floor while pulling around your yard? Will it fall down to the floor while pulling the hose?

I don't know what you mean by floor. I pushed my stand into the ground and just loop the hose around it when not using. i preferred this tool over the ones you attach to your house or post. i also bought this stand because it holds a longer than average hose. This stand is meant to be pushed into the ground to make it stable. But if you want it in a different spot, you just pull it out and push it in your new location.
