P.F. Chang's Kung Pao Sauce 14 oz Bottle

This was my first purchase of this product, and it was an immediate WOW! It was suggested when I was searching for a low sodium soy sauce, and the price was great, so I felt I wouldn't be losing anything by trying it. P.F. Chang is a trusted name. If you haven't eaten at their Restaurant, you really should check them out. Their Kung Pao sauce is exactly as we expected it to be. The sauce is thick and goes a long way (or use more if you love it like we do). It makes cooking at home easy and tasty. I love stir-fry and I make some pretty great sauces, but when I get in a rush, the flavor and top quality that this offers will be my new GO-TO sauce. It doesn't take much to add to any foods...even romaine. You can add cashews, sesame seeds, peanuts, etc. for eye and flavor appeal. I love "heat" and I feel this is in my medium range and can work for most people who enjoy a bit of spice in their food. If you enjoy it a bit more spicy, add a bit of Huy Fong Sriracha (Yum)! But I feel this will balance well for anyone who enjoys a Kung Pao sauce. P.F. Chang’s Home Menu Kung Pao Sauce goes a long way, and one bottle should last a while, but I am already returning to buy another one. Buy with confidence. Don't wait. Very fresh and tasty. Great spice to add to your noodles or meats. The thickness is perfect. Don't have to add water or any other thickening to it. Just the right size

Pretty good for a store bought sauce I say. Unfortunately the second time I bought the sauce it turned out very spicy. So I gave them 4 stars for inconsistently. Other than that, very tasty.

Have tried various Kung Pao sauces, and this one hits the nail on the head. Perfect to use for any stirfry. Nicely spiced and not too sweet.
