Will this withstand 200 degree soapmaking temps

If the item is polycarbonate as represented in the description, it should withstand 200F without any problems but not 200C.

No - most polycarbonate plastics are not BPA free, unfortunately.

Can this be used with muriatic acid for pools?

It is OK for Muriatic acid which is weak HCL acid. Poly carbonate cannot be used with strong Hydrochloric acid. A better choice would be HD polyethylene and probably cheaper. Be safe and wear proper safety equipment and always add acid to water, never water to acid.

Can this withstand 120 F. heat?

Yes, it can, this cup is designed to endure tough temperature imbalances.
