Does the chair come ready assembled?

No, had to be assembled which took about 1 hour 30 mins. It was not easy placing the castors.

Can anyone advise whether this would be suitable for a taller person ? I'm 6'3" / 190.5cm.

Im about 5'10/5'11 and I found it was difficult to get used to and not so easy to get in and out of compared with a chair. My wife is about 5'7 and she uses it at her desk with no problem, but it wasnt for me.
