I was hesitant to try as I had never tried oil I. A coffee; I am pleasantly surprised and I don’t know if it’s psychosomatic but I definitely get a burst of energy and feel revived.I also add it to my salad and loving it as it’s helped extend my fasting window.I definitely recommend it, no smell and neutral taste making it easy to add to foods.4starts as its costly
