This Scottish smoked salmon from Amazon Fresh is very tasty. The salmon wasn't chewy. The price was on the expensive side for 100 g of product. But, it's definitely a very good quality of product. I highly recommend it.

This is hands down the best smoked salmon I've ever had and I've paid for some really expensive stuff that I thought you couldn't get better, this knocks it out of the ballpark completely, glad I bought 10 packs! Smack this on a piece of bread with cream cheese and nothing else, boom! 5 star dining

Moderately good flavour, but bones!
The salmon is so so, nothing special, and I made myself some sandwiches, then found bones! Three spearlike bones, each an inch long, and one pierced my gum. Now I know fish may have some bones left, I’m not stupid, but in all my many many years of eating smoked salmon I have never encountered such poor filleting. Yes, I should have examined slice by slice as I made my sandwich but I was in a hurry and just put the slices in in a wodge. I shall not be buying Amazon smoked salmon again
