The product is of great quality and works perfectly as promised. Comes with remote, instructions, and downloadable app that works great. I would buy another one! Looks even more awesome at night. My neighbors love it!

The fan is really cool. Does what it says. This was a gift for my wife that she can use for any occasion or holiday. She loves it!

I had three different people try to set these up and none of them worked, none would connect with the app, wouldn't even turn on and start spinning. 0/3 is not user error when I even had my IT guy take a look at it. Hard to set up, horrible value for the money (wasted), thank goodness amazon gave me my money back.

I had been looking at this 3D Hologram Fan,27.5"Hologram Fan for a couple years--watching YouTube videos and reading reviews; I finally pulled the trigger. This 3D Hologram Fan,27.5"Hologram Fan is crazy awesome, my wife said it was a "best buy." It arrived on time. It was packed very well. It was extremely easy to put together (you can scan a QR code for an instructional video [the instructions say to push in on side tabs to insert the fan blades--instead, PUSH DOWN on the tabs to insert].) Believe it or not--the images look more vivid in a good light setting; why: you can see the wall, and this gives the image a more vivid and floating 3d look ( you'll see!) Issue: the 3D Hologram Fan,27.5"Hologram Fan that I received, had a scratch on the back of the motor housing as if someone had tried to put it together. Also, the TF card was not in the package. However, I did not return it. I did contact Amazon and the seller. Amazon customer service notated my issue, and the seller was more than friendly, and told me the TF card had already been installed since images were displayed and the fan was working fine. The seller was going to compensate me, but I didn't except since everything was working fine. The seller did send me a free image to display. Suggestion: you may want to mount the fan on a camera tripod. I used: JOILCAN Tripod Camera Tripods, 74" Tripod for Camera Cell Phone Video Recording, Heavy Duty Tall Camera Tripod Stand, Professional Travel DSLR Tripods Compatible with Canon iPhone, Max Load 15 LB. The connection between the fan mount, and this tripod mount fit perfectly i.e., the bolt hole size is perfect. However, you will need a 1/4 inch longer bolt. Summary: The 3D Hologram Fan,27.5"Hologram Fan by Missyou is AWESOME!!! Their customer service takes care of you! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FAN by Missyou.

The quality of the video on this is amazing. I was concerned that a 27.5 inch would not have decent resolution. However, it works great. The video shows a modified stock drone video as well as a custom video we are going to use at a trade show. The 2nd half of the video shows how words show up. I purchased the tripod as well. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to mount the fan on the tripod but it simply drops into the hole of the tripod. This is the third fan I have purchased. I would recommend spending the extra money for a 4 blade fan instead of two blade if you want the highest quality images.

I purchased this 27.5″ 3D Hologram Fan about ten days ago, and it has already made a big impression. Assembly took me about an hour on my own—definitely faster with two people. Once set up, the 3D hologram effect is eye-catching and especially fun for seasonal displays like Halloween. The customer service is excellent. They respond quickly and provide clear guidance on setup and video uploading. I’m still learning how to create my own videos, but experimenting has been enjoyable, and the results are impressive. I noticed that Amazon now has a promotion with a $50 coupon, which makes it an even better value. I do wish Amazon could reimburse the price drop since I bought mine so recently. Overall, this is a fantastic product backed by responsive support. Highly recommended for anyone looking to wow an audience or add something unique to events.

Worked fine to set up and load our graphics. Started it at 1st tradeshow - worked fine for 15-20 minutes and then dies. We replaced the power cord, no luck, it is completely dead. USELESS.

Alors le produit en soi était plutôt de bonne facture et fonctionnait plutôt bien. Mais le souci est leur application qui ne se trouve ni sur le Play Store de Google, ni sur l’App Store d’Apple. En fait, il s’agit d’une application APK qu’il est vivement déconseillé d’installer. (Surtout quand on connaît sa provenance) Mais en plus, elle ne fonctionne même pas, car le fichier APK d’installation est corrompu. (Incomplet) Ayant un ancien téléphone (Galaxy note S10+) que je n’utilise plus du tout, j’ai quand même essayé d’installer l’application APK sur ce téléphone, et je n’y suis jamais parvenu. Il en est de même pour le logiciel qu’il propose sous Windows, que Windows refuse d’installer par mesure de sécurité. Résultat, je me suis retrouvé avec un gadget inutilisable, car impossible d’avoir une application, ou un logiciel fonctionnel pour configurer ce petit jouet.

Aunque al principio le puse un comentario negativo porque me falló unos led de una de las hélices y pensé que el vendedor no se había responsabilizado dos semanas después me llegó la hélice de repuesto y ahora funciona bien. Un buen producto y el vendedor responde si hay algún problema. Lo recomiendo.
