I read all of the reviews for this product before purchasing. The smell really is great! It's labeled as strawberry, but too me it smells like watermelon too. Either way my kids love it which makes the daily styling routine much easier. The hold is more of a medium than heavy or strong hold, and it washes out easily in the shower. The best thing about this product is the price! For the amount you are getting and what the product does, it can't be beat! Very satisfied thus far and will continue to purchase for daily use unless they increase the price.

Ooooo how I love this product right here. Me and my kids have 4c type hair and very much in need of hair wax and let me tell you it doesn't flake up one bit. It's a thick texture but it doesn't weigh your hair down. It's a pretty decent size jar you get. Easy to use and the smell is wonderful.

This stuff is EVERYTHING! I absolutely love the hold this gives and also the smell is amazing! It doesn’t dry my hair out and I can use it as often as I like without worrying about my hair breaking. Would recommend this to everyone!

THIS PRODUCT IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN SHINR AND JAM. Shine and jam is oily and gives the hair a shinning touch but after few hrs or a day ur braids appear to look old and loose. But this PRODUCT does not do that.. This has an extra firm hold but yet still like on the hair. The smell is amazing the quantity is enough for the money.this is my second jar I am on now..

I love this hair gel. It holds my hair and does not leave any white residue

This edge control literally smells like candy, but it's holding power is not there. It smooths hair down nicely at first, but then absorbs in completely & it's like it was never applied. I do not recommend this as a standalone edge control. I have found use for this as a product to make clean parts when braiding. It does not leave any residue or white cast. It is not greasy or oily. A day after application there's practically no proof it was used which is nice if you prefer your hair to not be weighed down at the roots once braided/twisted.

This is an excellent gummy styling wax with a nice scent. Gives hair great body and flexible yet firm hold. Can twist hair strands and achieve greatly held curls without using heat styles (just twist of finger and the wax/gel). Holds all day. Leaves minimal shine. Highly recommend, will last a long time as only small amount of product is required per use to achieve results- dont overuse. Good price point for amount received. Will buy again for sure and recommend.
