My 5 year old has never enjoyed brushing his teeth. I get it, it’s something so menial and you have to do it TWICE a day. Horrible. Just devastating.Anyways, I got him this “from Santa” to help motivate him. Maybe it’s because of who is was from or because of the actual timer but he always starts it before brushing his teeth. We have a baby so can’t ALWAYS supervise and when we ask him if he did a good job he will always say “I did it for the whole timer!” so I’m happy knowing at least they’re being brushed long enough. It’s very easy to use and they’re cute as well. We used them as stocking stuffers but also gave some to other kiddos in the family and they all loved them.

I have 3 bathrooms placed one in each of them so when family visits my nieces and nephews brush long enough.

These work great to make sure my children are brushing their teeth for the right length of time. They enjoy using it.

I ordered this timer set for my baby. It is good and baby liked it. Four pieces are helpful to place them in different location for quick access. However, the outer cap is not good and my kid took it off easily. It would have been nice if the square cap was fixed tightly to avoid risk of breaking the inside tube.

My grand children love them. Guess what, I use it too!!! :-)

The media could not be loaded. I got these as a fun way to encourage my friends to brush longer, but was disappointed to find the sand did not fall consistently. As you can see in the video, it's hit or miss, and being unreliable makes these unusable ultimately. I'm going to try them out to see if its an issues with settling due to lack of use, but even when working they ran anywhere from 2-3 minutes.The picture shows a moment none of the sand dropped in any of the 4.

I purchased these timers for my five grandkids as stocking stuffers. They are a cute design. Made well. Sand in different colors is a nice touch. Happy with my purchase.

I read reviews about how off some of these are. We use a stopwatch to time. The four we received were fairly equal. 1m58s, 2m1s, 2m7s, 2m8s. These work great for brushing teeth and a few other tasks for my toddler to give her a feeling of mote control (ex. You can read for 2 more minutes then you need to go to bed). Good value for the benefits.
