3M 64260 Sealing Tape, 24 in x 18 yd, 4412N, Translucent

Used primarily to seal vents and other equipment on the roof of the Airstream, does a great job.....and lasts. Used it to seal a skylight seven years ago, still pliable and leak free. Highly recommend!! But it comes in handy for so much more that it's found a permanent place in the traveling tool box!! My correspondence with 3M CS Subject = Enquiry from IATD Website Message = I have been using 4412n on our Airstream to seal skylights & vents for years with excellent results. I bought my last two rolls from Amazon. There is no 3m logo on the packaging. It is marked...B007Y7CM1W TapeCase 4412N 2.95IN X 5yd Sealant T (1 Roll) Vender Part#3-5-4412n. Previous orders were on tubes with the 3m logo. Is Amazon selling the genuine product? Answer.. Tape case is a 3M supplier, TapeCase is your source for all 3M products including 3M tapes and adhesives. Contact us for all your 3M adhesive tape needs. Amazon is a distributor also. 3M does not sell this product in a 5 yard roll .. I suspect TapeCase is putting the 4412N on a 5 yard roll for consumer and selling it through Amazon. This tape is awesome!!! I used it to seal cracks in the rubber gasket of the vent pipe on my roof. No more leaks into my attic. I also used it to secure the edges of my flexible solar panel on top of camper. I recommend to use it when it is warm out. It seems to have a better initial stick but worked well even on cooler days.

used this on the seam on the roof of my horse trailer that leaked. so far it works. easy to apply, really sticky, durabil, worth the cost

Worked great for converting the rear tire of my KLR650 to run tubeless. I used the 2 inch because the 1 1/2 was not quite wide enough to cover everything. Works great no leaks! Would recommend.

So far so good. I had already fixed the leak I bought this to try and fix but used it anyway as an additional line of defense. Appears that it will work great as an only application for sealing spoked motorcycle wheels to tubeless with much less work than the glue method I used. I will likely use this alone to do my next set and see how it works out.

I bought a new tire for my Interceptor 650 and wanted to be able to repair a flat on the side of the road if I needed to. This tape is very sticky and does not let air through, it's been 3 days and still holding. Will see how it holds up in a year

I have used this tape to convert motorcycle wheels to tubeless. Have thousands of miles on them so far and they are both doing great. No leaks at all. I have also done bicycle wheels as well and they have held for 6 years so far.

It is super sticky and still easy to work with. I used it to seal my spoked motorcycle rims. That way I can run tubeless and plug a flat on the road with ease. A product has to be real good to work in this application as the air in the tire tries real hard to find a way out. A less sticky substance will fail, I have tried other means with bad results. Highly recommended and a great bargain.

It looks like an industrial product. The delivery was faster than expected. But for the price paid, I hope it’s an original product because there’s no 3M branding. Let’s see if it works

2 semaines que j'ai posé ce ruban adhésif sur une jante avant de moto, c'est parfaitement étanche et je roule sans chambre à air désormais. Solution beaucoup moins cher que les kit tubeless mais tout autant efficace, et si je me permets de dire ça c'est que j'ai essayé le kit outex et le kit alpina.

Los he utilizado como opción de sellado en diversos lugares de la casa y son muy útiles. Incluyendo en un techo de acrílico ha resistido bien las lluvias sellando perfectamente.
