Not non stick
After a few uses I found that the pans are not as non stick as advertised. Egg sticks to the pan.

Thoroughly impressed
Americas test kitchen recommended this highly. So I purchased it. Probably twice the price of what I can find at a local store. I never knew ceramic could be this good. Sturdy. Easy to clean. Amazing nonstick surface. It’s all I cook bacon and I find I have more grease than a Teflon pan. It seems to cook very very efficiently. I would recommend it to anyone

Finally!
I’ve tried multiple different non-toxic nonstick pans, and they all lost the nonstick behavior after a few months. I’ve had this pan for almost a year now and I use it probably five days a week. It’s still completely perfect, like the first day I bought it. I will absolutely be buying other sizes.

フッ素加工ではない安全性の高そうなフライパンを探していました。 そして大きめな30センチフライパンが欲しかったのです。 炒め物や揚げ焼きも家族分一気に作れる大きさ。便利です！ 同じグリーンパンの卵焼きフライパン(白いやつ)を使っていますが、すぐにこびりつき、焦げ付き汚れが目立つので、今回もどうかなぁ〜と不安でしたが、まだ使い始めなのもあるかもですが、気持ちよくスルスル〜と焦げずに焼けます。 家には対応するサイズの蓋がないので買わないとな〜。
