Unusable product because they didn't replace faulty/damage parts
Unusable... Needed a replacement for faulty/damaged items and contacted them, they said they'd get 1 sent out immediately and it'll take a couple work days to get to me... I still can't use my tap and it's well past its return date... Probably a good product, I wouldn't know but poor customer service...
