Excellent shower head - I am glad I chose it amongst others. Pros: 1. Great price, actual performance better than items more than double the cost. 2. Easy installation, clear, succinct instructions. Even some like me, with little or no plumbing skills, took less than 10 minutes to install this perfectly. Full disclosure, I am not a great fan of Teflon tape, so didn't use the Teflon tape that was in the box. I separately purchased RectorSeal T Plus 2 23710 Pipe Thread Sealant from Amazon, which worked great for this installation. 3. Performance and aesthetics: This has the looks and finish of a much more expensive shower head. Both the main shower and the handheld have rotating rings for adjusting the flow. I just tested them in a long, comfortable shower and I found the flow, pressure and adjustment settings perfect. Cons: None that I could see. Except perhaps the Teflon tape could be replaced with a tube of thread sealing paste. Summary: This is an excellent choice. I highly recommend this for purchase.

I read a lot of reviews of products before I buy things, but I'm not usually one to do reviews. This product however deserves a glowing recommendation. I have tried 3 or 4 different rain shower heads over the last few years and they've been ok, but nothing super standout. This product however is pretty amazing and I'll try to share why. 1) The water pressure in the main head is good. It isn't incredible, but it makes the rain and mist settings feel exactly how they should. They provide enough pressure to really feel clean after soaping up, but not so much that you want to get out. The power setting is really nice if you have a lot of hair to rinse. 2) The hand held unit has about 1.5-2x the pressure of the main unit, so if you really need a "hard" shower it is perfect for that. 3) The unit changes from setting to setting very easily, compared to other units I've tried. It looks and feels very high quality, even though it is plastic. 4) Both heads have a "pause" function, so If I want to take a few minutes to really soap up I can. 5) Install is super easy, it was tool free and I only had one very easily fixed leaking connection. 6) The main showerhead can mount on an extender arm, which I did. So I have a luxurious rainfall coming from direction above, while the hand held is up against the wall. 7) Lifetime warrenty, in case of any issues. The only negative I could see is the length of the shower hose for the handheld, its about 4.5-5 feet long, which for me is ok as I'm 6'4, but I think it could be on the short side if you're shorter than I am. I have a Moen valve and head set up. My Moen shower head started acting up, so I was looking for a replacement which looked like it belonged with the Moen valve assembly and had the removable shower head. I like that this set up as it has two heads, so you can use the removable one with the main and/or fixed one. I have kept the flow limiters for now and both heads seem to provide enough flow for my needs. I like having different adjustments for the show pattern. I also like being able to go with just the fixed, both, or the removable one. The overall installation went good. They provide Teflon thread tape in the box which is nice. There is A LOT of plastic, so be careful not to damage anything when you install the head. Overall, I am happy with the shower head and performance. My experience with shower heads in the past that have this much plastic is that they don't last very long (like measured in a few years). I bought a replacement Moen shower head when this happens. I paid $34 for this shower head which is pretty good for something that will likely last only a few years. Since there so much plastic used, I gave this 4 stars instead of 5. Also note, my wife thinks this head is a bit ugly, but since I have a back-up Moen shower head to switch in she was nice and let me install this (for now).

I absolutely love the versatility of this shower head! I honestly never want to live without it. I actually replaced a smaller two head shower head with this one, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. I did remove the flow restrictor from the shower head so I could get better water pressure out of it. Installation was quick and easy, and had all the tools necessary. I was able to complete it in less than 10 minutes. One of my favorite features about the shower head is that you can control the flow on both heads. You have a choice of different water styles from a Mist all the way to a massage on both of the shower heads. There's also a dial on the side to completely restrict flow from one head to the other, however I found that just using the dials on the heads is easier for me. I appreciate that the hose is made out of steel and the hose length is long enough to reach from one end of the bathtub to the other. Not only making it great for when you're in the shower, but it's also very helpful when you are cleaning the shower. I absolutely would purchase this again, and may end up putting one in the guest bathroom as well. I purchased this in January of 2026 and have had it for several months before writing the review.

We love this shower head! I had ordered one for our previous home and we were big fans, so when we moved into a new home we bought it again for our master shower. We’re about to order one for our second upstairs bathroom too! The water pressure is great, I love having a handheld for both rinsing my hair (I have super long hair so it’s nice to have the handheld to rinse conditioner and hair masks out more quickly) and for cleaning the shower. The main shower head is great as well and even though I tend to keep it on the same setting, I like having the options for different settings. Overall, this shower head has done us no wrong and the price makes it a steal in our eyes.

Yes it’s plastic. But that also means it’s light weight. And if you live in an old apartment with old fixtures, you don’t want a heavy piece, pulling down on the pipe. Also shower heads are like toilet seats; they should be replaced at least once a year. It was easy to install and I did need the extra washer to keep it from leaking. The water restrictor was easy to remove and the flow of water is soft at the maximum setting with both heads running at the same time. Very happy with this purchase.

It was easy to install. The waterflow was wonderful. I love having the second handheld attachment. Today, just about 15 months after it was installed, the head just sheared off in the middle of the shower.

I don't often leave product reviews, but I just had to with this one. Best shower head I've ever had,...simple instructions and installation, and perfect results! Thinking of purchasing a second one for our other shower. 5 stars !!

Did not like that it wasn’t a complete shower set up with face plate, on off valve/handle.

Funciona bien con baja presión de agua. Necesitaba mayor caudal para que se encendiera mi calentador de agua. Es de plástico. No sé cuánto durará, ya que tiene dos cabezales grandes en un soporte de plástico.Sería mejor si el soporte fuera de metal. Funciona bien para lo que lo necesitaba.

No la recomiendo. Duró solo un año. Un día empezó a salir agua disparada hacia el techo y al querer ajustarla, se rompió completamente. Lo único que está hecho de acero inoxidable es la manguera de la regadera de mano. Todo lo demás es de plástico. Por el precio, hay regaderas de mejor calidad.
