Athlon Optics Helos BTR GEN2 6-24x56 Rifle Scopes

I have the ARGOS BTR Gen II 6-24X50 and 2 Arken SH4 Gen II 6-24X50. While they are all excellent scopes no doubt. This one is by far my favorite. The eye box is most forgiving of them all and the glass is really clear and very sharp... and bright. Turrets are super clicky, very load and tactile. Can even hear them thru good ear protection. zero stop is super easy to set and zero the turrets....... and they lock!!What i really like most is the reticle. it's not so super fine it is hard to pick up against a darker target like my Arken scopes. It is still fine enough not to obscure a bullseye or golf ball out at 1000 yards. I have this mounted on a hard hitting Savage 110 Long action 7MM Rem Mag and it's handling that recoil just fine. I like Athlon's forever warranty . I had to warranty my Argos (my fault) and i just put it in the box with my address and no RMA. Athlon sent a new one out no questions and was back up and shooting in about a week.This scope does not come with all the freebies and goodies so be sure to order good quality rings, lens covers, cant level and sun shade. I am planning to buy another one to put on my Savage Precision 6.5 creedmoor later this year to replace one of the Arkens on it now. I really like it that much.

Real clear better than my vortex hoghunter

34mm tube gives additional subtensions and bright image.You'll have to spend double to get marginally better image quality.Scope zoom is accurate and within the means of the lenses. Not over zoomed blurry like others overstating power.Ships solo, no battery, no rings, no shade... I actually prefer it this way.

An excellent scope for the money. Very high quality. I have three Athlon scopes, so I obviously like them.
