I received the luggage with a scratch. However, the worst thing is that the luggage is locked and no access code nor key is included in the package so I cannot open it... I have to ask for a refund and return it because of this.

Easy to handle but also easy to get scratched up and dirty during travel.

Es muy amplia y la llevé por un viaje de 3 semanas (cargando ropa extra por el frío), me entró todo perfecto. Compré la siguiente de tamaño también porque inicialmente pensé en llevar esa, pero finalmente me decidí por esta más pequeña y fue la mejor elección. Aguantó mucho movimiento entre trenes, buses y aviones. En el primer vuelo que lo usé no sé qué clase de trato le dieron porque en la parte de arriba al frente, le quedó una marca como de que lo aplastaron, pero no sufrió ningún daño. Las rueditas no hacen mucho ruido en las calles, como otras que rebotan con cualquier cosa y suenan como que va un tractor en la cuadra. Quedé muy a gusto con la compra.

The luggage wheels are very smooth. Material is sturdy but light weight. There mag be some scratches due to frequent travels but won't be noticeable much

The product is as described, really nice and light weighted bag. No complaint in the department! The miscommunication leads to this enormous stars drop. I had to wait for the bag almost 5 months. People buy these stuffs to use them. It was nowhere stated it could take this long. Also they charged me more that the stated price at the time of purchase.
