Can you wire a turntable to these speakers?

Yes. It has analog (red/white RCA) input. If your turntable has a built in preamp, you're good. If not, you'll need a preamp between the TT and speakers.

For mac computer (all in monitor) wireless speakers: are these edifier speakers only for a stereo or would they work with a mac computer??

They would work. The S3000s have USB, optical, coax and analog (red/white RCA) connectors. So depending on the age of your computer -- old school USB or USBC -- you might need an adapter. However, if you're planning to put these on a desktop flanking a computer, they might be overkill as tech, and pricey to boot. I use them for direct connection of a turntable and bluetooth streaming in a listening area and they work great for that. You might check out the smaller models. Just a suggestion.
