This supplement is part of my daily routine to fight inflammation from degenerative conditions like arthritis. While I do not take this as a pain reliever, it does help to combat the stiffness of inflammation, particularly in my lower back. I had a broken pinkie finger as a child. Now I'm 64 and that finger has a bump on the joint which is painful, probably arthritis. After taking this product for over a week now...the pain is gone. And I mean gone. You use your fingers for EVERYTHING. Now I'm pain free and able to utilize my finger again. Update: 1/2/19 I went off this product to see/feel the difference. It took two weeks to start feeling the pain, but the difference was incredibly bad. I have a bone spur on my left thumb, and it became so painful, I couldn’t use that thumb for anything. My original pinkie finger also became inflamed again. So I purchased another bottle and took twice the dosage and within 5 days I was back to pain free again. This product is awesome!

After having a massive L5 / S1 back surgery with bones spurs and a ruptured disc, I needed something not hard on the kidneys to deal with the arthritis pain that won't go away. This does a great job at taking it down to a 2 or 3 on the pain scale. Works well enough I can sleep pretty well. Let me say I am skeptical of anything that isn't a medicine, but after reading government papers that say tumeric can work as well as tylenol I decided to try it. I will be reordering this again and again. 2 tablets a day is the recommended amount, and it seems to last me a good 20 hours.
