Excellent Product! Pleasantly Surprised.
I use a huge slab desk and have spent far too long with twin 24" monitors too far away to see properly, and giving up valuable real estate even at the back of the desk. This solved the problem and my back and my eyes are already thanking me. Here is what I liked: Easy enough to assemble. Good instructions. It comes with the counterbalance springs relaxed, so you have to adjust them until they support the weight of the attached monitors. Once set up properly, you will be able to easily move the monitors to any position (within reason) without getting out of your chair. Note that many designs will restrict what you can do. Sturdy, heavy and well-constructed. Nice fit and powder coat finish. Better wire management than I expected. Important note: if you plan to hide your cables inside of the cable trays in the arms, be prepared to need longer cables. They might add 24" depending on your configuration. Possible downsides: You can have these in any color you like as long as its aluminum. Let's face it, these are too big and utilitarian to ever help you win the Executive Office Décor Award, but they could at least offer black to match most monitors.

You won’t regret buying this for every desk in your office.
I bought this Mount-It! Dual Monitor Arm for my office three years ago, and honestly, I’m still so impressed I had to come back just to brag about it. This thing is the MVP of my workspace. I can swing, tilt, twist, and lift my screens like some kind of ergonomic wizard — one minute I’m sitting, the next I’m standing, and at this point, I’m convinced I could do a headstand and my monitors would still stay perfectly aligned. 🧘♀️💻 Cable chaos? Gone. My desk looks so clean and organized it could be in an office supply commercial. Clients love that I can flip a monitor around to show them something — it’s like my desk and I are performing a well-rehearsed tech dance. After three years of daily use, this thing hasn’t sagged, squeaked, or quit. If only all office equipment were built like this — I’d never leave my desk. Mount-It! really mounted up to the challenge.

Good product, just get two separate arms
It’s well made but you are better off with two separate arms. This apparatus prevents you from being able to place your desk against the wall, as the arms must angle backwards in order to hold the monitors in the ideal position. The price difference for two individual arms is not much more and the improved maneuverability is worth it. 5 stars because there is nothing wrong with the product. I returned this and got two individual arms from Mount-It!

Good quality but bottom arms don't swivel 360 degrees like photo shows
This is a high quality monitor. You can easily adjust the monitor without needing any tools once the monitor is fully installed. I tried other monitor mounts that said they could hold my 28" Dell monitors but they could not. This monitor easily supports the weight of both my monitors. I have 2 things I don't like about this monitor mount. It doesn't swivel at the bottom 360 degrees like the photo shows. It only goes to 270 degrees for each arm. As a result, it's impossible to bring my monitors together, side-by-side, without them taking up my entire desk because the 270 degree angle is limiting movement. I specifically purchased this item because I knew I needed the 360 degrees at the bottom of each arm. Highly disappointed but I was so happy with the quality that I decided to keep it. My other dislike is that it is really easy to move the monitor up but takes a lot more effort to adjust it down. I wish both could happen at the touch of a finger but only up does.

just like 8-12 or so turns before the right amount of ...
Before going too far I'll just throw my biggest gripe out there: The instructions are entirely in vague picture style. Just know there are two packs of screws for the monitors, each pack has two sets of screws. (A and B) You will need to pick one and find out which fits in your monitors vesa screw holes. I have samsung 32 inch monitors, and A worked. The next thing to know is for the arms, using the included hex wrench (allen) to screw towards the plus side to create more upward pressure. It does not require much energy, just like 8-12 or so turns before the right amount of pressure is there. The bottom table mount will require following the picture instructions. Basically screwing the 90 degree L shaped mount to the base, then screwing the bottom brace to the L shaped mount. Make sure you get the bottom brace screwed on SUPER tight to avoid pivoting when you rock the arms back and forth/around. This works great for my Samsung 32 inch (curved) monitors. I have like 8-12 inches of space between the monitors right now at fully height and stretch. The image I have uploaded is right after installing, so don't mind the odd crap everywhere that I kicked off of the table for the installation. EDIT January 7th 2018: The mount arms have been holding up very nicely. There has been no issues, and the monitors haven't been slipping/moving/dropping. My cat even gets underneath and bumps into it with all of his weight as he tries jumping to the ground (he's clumsy...), and it doesn't leave the position. I'm glad I picked it up.

Monitor Tilt Tension Won't Hold My 27 Inch Monitor Up.
The tension screws for the arms are difficult to use and the strength of the tilt tension won't hold up my 10lbs 27 inch monitor. I was going to mount a 32 and a 27 inch monitor and if the tilt can't keep my smaller one up then the product is bogus. I've tightened with the monitors on and off with a hex screwdriver and it's not strong enough. Maybe only the black model has this problem. This is going to be my 2nd return of this product and will seek a different make/model.

Best monitor arms I've used.
Fantastic monitor arms with easy setup. Far better than cheaper versions. I would order again. The instructions are clear, the setup couldn't be simpler, and the adjustment ranges (forward, backward, up, down, angle left-right and tilt) are excellent. Quick release monitor connections are a nice touch as are the channels to hide cables in. The only thing you might want to be aware of is that the clamp is very close to the edge of the table, i.e., it is not set more than 1/4" from the edge of the desk/table. If the edge has a lip on it (folding tables, trim, etc.) then the clamp is not useful. I used the bolt-on mount so it didn't matter, but the clamp was not an option for me.

You GET what you pay for.
This is great so far! Easily supports a standard Acer 32" 2k monitor and Dell curved 32" widescreen 2k monitor which is pretty heavy. Tight fit side by side (read "wide by wide", not as pictured "tall by wide") but works perfectly. Easy set up, very straight forward. Once you've figured out the adjustments the arms swivel beautifully, makes the hard stuff look easy. Feels solid with everything tightened down and if it's seen it's a good looking mount as well. I've yet to have a single problem with this manufacturer or seller...I have 4 mounts from them now, all different for different purposes. I guess when you get what you need you'll keep coming back, no?
