What is the center to center distance between the screw holes? i have a mft kydex holster with .75” hole spacing center to center.

0.875'' Standard Hole Spacing , you notice they are slotted so you can adapt

how do you attach this to a leather holster or sheath and make sure the holster does not flex on draw?

Although these aren’t designed for leather, you could slide a thin piece of plastic or metal (think credit card dimensions) inside the holster/sheath as a backer.
