We use this almost everyday and its great! For most of the stuff you have to pay for a subscription even tho you paid like 100$ for the lovebox itself 😒 the box works pretty well! But I pulled the trigger on it and got my friend to test it before he gave it to her for Mother's Day and it works beautifully. I don't mind that some features are limited on the app because I enjoy just sending my mom white text on black just to let her know that I miss her from the other side of the (California to New York). My sisters back in the Philippines also have the app so that was a major plus that it's available internationally. She loves it, it's easy to set up (requires being plugged in and connected to the wifi), and people with the app can connect to it with a unique device code. Certain frame templates allow you to insert your own photo and add text. Initially, I tried with product support to resolve a feature . Ultimately it was agreed only certain frame templates with an existing photo , would allow you to insert your own and add text if so desired . 1st attached screen shot , you can only add text. The 2nd screen shot , are the templates that already had a photo in the frame. The 3rd attached screen shot is the template that you can insert your own photo and add textIt is a wonderful way to send love notes to my wife. Often 2 or 3 in a day. Great Product.
