Q: Can these rotate to a full 90 degree angle ?

No, not 90,maybe 30 off vertical. They have a base that could be mounted to a foundation of the correct angle.

Q: I need to light a stage and various points across a 24 foot stage....will these cover that size area?

These are VERY tiny lights - about an inch long with a diameter about the size of a nickel. I am using them to light up wall art in 24"x24" frames from a distance of 3 feet in a fairly dark room and they do a pretty good job. I wouldn't imagine they would work for stage applications.

Q: In multiple sets, with remote receivers, will one remote work on all of them, or can each set only be turned on by the remote it comes with?

My remotes only worked with the receiver it came with.
