I used this when I was making a strawberry cheesecake and wanted to puree strawberry and needed to get the seeds out. Worked good, I wish it had a top thing that could push down on the puree for me instead of having to use a spoon. Cleanup was easy

From straining cocktail ingredients, to small quantity additions to cooking, this has been a very handy little strainer in my kitchen.

I’ve been creating my own cocktail space and these are a great addition for multiple recipes that require additional straining. I have not put these in the dishwasher. I have only hand washed. They seem to be holding up and I have not rusted easy to store their small compact.
