Stop the Smell of a flush!
This is the 3rd one I have bought. It is an easy d.i.y install. It works well to stop the smell that you get outside when you flush marine and camper toilets. These last for about one season. They work so well that you immediately know when they need replacing.

Great value for our specific need
Perfect fit, and much less expensive than others that have multiple connectors options. Our marine tank has standard female garden hose swivel connections that this screws right onto and snapped right into competitors bracket. $100 cheaper buying 2 more soon.

Worked perfectly
Worked amazing! Older boat had no filter and smelled horrid no matter how often you lumped out. Simply added this filter in the middle of the line by adding a couple of bared garden hose ends... screwed right in. Zero smell around the boat within a few minutes. Highly recommend, should have done years ago!

Post Alt holding tank filter
Admittedly, I have not bought many vent filters in my life, but this seems to be doing the job. I can tell you that prior to this my old one every time I flush the toilet, you could smell it on the back of the boat, after installing this, it’s been about a month now and you can’t still cannot smell anything even after someone goes in number two. I would definitely buy this again.

Not well made
While the filter reduced the odor issue, the ends of the canister are not sealed well and stinky air still permeated the air. These things are too expensive to be lacking in quality. Will not buy again.

Fits and works at 1/5 the price
Perfect match for much more expensive better known brands out there. Not sure why anyone would spend 5x the price when this not only fits perfectly but seems to have the same construction and it does the job. At this price changing every year as recommmded is reasonable maintenance.
